Our B10-B series planetary food mixers are designed for small to medium commercial kitchens where reliability and performance matter. Built with a full gear-driven transmission (not belt-driven), these mixers provide consistent torque and long-lasting service even under daily heavy use.
The 10-liter stainless steel bowl and planetary mixing action ensure thorough ingredient incorporation without constant scraping. Maximum dry flour capacity is 1kg, perfect for small batch bread, pizza dough, cake batter, meringue, and more.
Model B10-B/2 features two speeds: 170 rpm and 340 rpm. The lower speed handles heavy doughs gently, while the higher speed works well for whipping cream or egg whites.
Model B10-B/3 offers three speeds: 90 rpm, 160 rpm, and 300 rpm. The extra low speed (90 rpm) provides superior control for very stiff doughs, and the middle range is ideal for general mixing tasks.
Both models run on 220V / 50Hz power with a 0.37kW motor. The compact footprint (440×340×650 mm) fits easily on countertops, and the safety guard with bowl interlock stops operation when lifted. All attachments (dough hook, flat beater, wire whip) are included.
