The B10-B Series are gear-driven planetary food mixers designed for heavy-duty use in small bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and catering businesses. Unlike belt-driven mixers, their direct gear transmission system delivers consistent power, eliminates the need for frequent belt replacements, and ensures long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.
Both models feature a 10L food-grade stainless steel bowl with a 1kg maximum dough capacity, powered by a durable 0.37kW copper motor that runs quietly and efficiently for daily commercial use.
- The B10-B/2 offers 2 adjustable speeds (170/340 RPM) for straightforward mixing and kneading tasks.
- The B10-B/3 provides 3 versatile speeds (90/160/300 RPM), from gentle dough kneading to high-speed cream whipping, making it ideal for multi-task kitchen prep.
Compact in size (440×340×650mm) with a stable anti-slip base, these desktop mixers fit easily into limited kitchen spaces.
